Spectators: 7105 (Terracing: 5330, Seating: 1634, VIP seats: 141) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Severo Karmel took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Narciso Piearres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Narciso Piearres came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Gualeguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Piearres couldn't finish the play. Uriel Panpili kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Leszek Watarz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amat Jaramillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantino Lastur in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute, Constantino Lastur made a precise shot to the right of Amat Jaramillo. Gualeguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Gualeguay's zone, Severo Karmel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amat Jaramillo came out of the goal and Severo Karmel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the game, Adriana Aznaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Cipolletti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gualeguay the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Piearres in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aureliano Milian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st match minute, Gualeguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leszek Watarz to maneuver through the defense. Haroldo Abeitia's late challenge caught a Gualeguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haroldo Abeitia helped the player get up and apologised. Haroldo Abeitia kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Amat Jaramillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantino Lastur in the 37th minute. Amat Jaramillo came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Cipolletti's Constantino Lastur. But to his dismay, Constantino Lastur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 46 minutes into the match, Gualeguay's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Karmel came free, but Amat Jaramillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes Club Cipolletti got a freekick which was hit by Domingo Montel. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Leszek Watarz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aureliano Milian came out and tried to block the shot, but Leszek Watarz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 52nd minute. Leszek Watarz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gualeguay's Amat Jaramillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Karmel in the 61st minute of play. If Leszek Watarz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amat Jaramillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Karmel in the 66th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Severo Karmel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Narciso Piearres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81stth minute of the game Narciso Piearres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Cipolletti's Aureliano Milian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When %teams%'s Narciso Piearres was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-2 just inside the left pole, 83 minutes into the game. Aureliano Milian was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 88th minute Constantino Lastur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amat Jaramillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leszek Watarz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Aureliano Milian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Constantino Lastur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amat Jaramillo having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Gualeguay failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
