Ciriaco Truylos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Gualterio Sedeni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ciriaco Truylos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gualterio Sedeni to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, RACING CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Stephen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leevi Viljamaa in the 55th minute of play forced RACING CLUB's goalkeeper Ciriaco Truylos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RACING CLUB's Ciriaco Truylos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantin Havasi in the 68th minute of play. With a little luck, El rojo's Roberto Lonzo got control of the ball when Francisco Fraco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roberto Lonzo made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Aureliano Senin sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, RACING CLUB's Roberto Lonzo threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Francisco Fraco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 88 minutes into the match, Konstantin Havasi notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of RACING CLUB's Ciriaco Truylos. Ciriaco Truylos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gabriel Batistuta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ciriaco Truylos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
