After having played for 13 minutes, Victorino Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Amigos Unidos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorino Cordeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute Rolando Pelayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Demesio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Amigos Unidos! If Benedicto Mundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to VILLEGAS CLUB getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Feliberto Leheren hit a great ball. Club Amigos Unidos's Braulio Ferrando couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for VILLEGAS CLUB. In the 30thth minute of the game Benedicto Mundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VILLEGAS CLUB's Vinicio Paz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorino Cordeiro in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinicio Paz saved VILLEGAS CLUB from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in VILLEGAS CLUB's zone, Matias Raymundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinicio Paz came out of the goal and Matias Raymundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the match, VILLEGAS CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Cordeiro came free, but Vinicio Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Luken took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vinicio Paz. VILLEGAS CLUB's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vinicio Paz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Cordeiro in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Valentin Bilintx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Club Amigos Unidos's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Pelayo came free, but Tobias Demesio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victorino Cordeiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Victorino Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Paz having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Vinicio Paz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vinicio Paz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victorino Cordeiro's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Cordeiro in the 64th minute of play forced VILLEGAS CLUB's goalkeeper Vinicio Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute of the match Nicolas Luken shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vinicio Paz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. VILLEGAS CLUB's Vinicio Paz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Mundo in the 68th minute of play. Vinicio Paz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Cordeiro in the 70th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Amigos Unidos's zone, Rolando Pelayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Demesio came out of the goal and Rolando Pelayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Gaxan in the 84th minute of play forced Club Amigos Unidos's goalkeeper Tobias Demesio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Victorino Cordeiro sped through VILLEGAS CLUB's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vinicio Paz. Club Amigos Unidos's Tobias Demesio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Gaxan in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of VILLEGAS CLUB booed when Club Amigos Unidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position.
