Federico Rubinos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Adrio in the 22nd minute of play. Bernabe Nuñez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Angel Abaurre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La sangria lpc's Federico Rubinos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Artal in the 39th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Bernabe Nuñez managed to get in a good position for a shot. La sangria lpc's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabe Nuñez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Abaurre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evelio Goren took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angel Abaurre. Angel Abaurre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Gonzalo Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casimiro Mannuel's late challenge caught a San La Muerte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Mannuel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th match minute, La sangria lpc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Mannuel to maneuver through the defense. San La Muerte's Patricio Artal got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to La sangria lpc getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ciro Orixe hit a great ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
