The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Astica's Honorato Guib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Emenon in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Emenon in the 9th minute of play forced Astica's goalkeeper Honorato Guib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorato Guib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Emenon in the 16th minute of the match. Faustino Emenon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes, Anibal Urtsin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Astica and the juiiiiiraa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anibal Urtsin kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Honorato Guib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Emenon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Matthew sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Anibal Urtsin hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Romeo Ostargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Truylos, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. juiiiiiraa's Romeo Ostargi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Fidensio in the 65th minute of play. Arturo Truylos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Romeo Ostargi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute Alfredo Fidensio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Emenon in the 82nd minute of play forced Astica's goalkeeper Honorato Guib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Fidensio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romeo Ostargi was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 89th minute Arturo Truylos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Arturo Truylos put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Romeo Ostargi. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Fernandes couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the juiiiiiraa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Astica.
