Anastasio Abancens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some careless play in the Lértora defense, Paolo Manilan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anastasio Abancens. The Lértora fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anastasio Abancens should have stopped the shot. Paolo Manilan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Anastasio Abancens made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paolo Manilan got free with Anastasio Abancens in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramiro Veremundo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1..'s goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Jesco came free, but Pedro Palban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 played minutes El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1.. got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Veremundo. If Sergio Jesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. Anastasio Abancens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Geofredo in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agustin Geofredo made a kick off. El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1..'s Pedro Palban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1.. from getting a goal against them. Ramiro Veremundo kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Sergio Jesco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1..'s Pedro Palban was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Paolo Manilan managed to get in a good position for a shot. El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1..'s supporters rose to their feet, but Paolo Manilan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anastasio Abancens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the game, Felix Vincent was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lértora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1.. the free kick. Felix Vincent hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Rosendo Mambru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anastasio Abancens skillfully saved the ball. Virgilio Bladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Lértora's Sergio Jesco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Palban narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Julian Iratxo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When Carlos Veronica came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Lértora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Veronica couldn't finish the play. The supporters of El gen Gallardo 3-1-3-1.. booed when Lértora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Rio didn't get a good kick on the ball.
