Spectators: 7211 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Martin Banegas took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Rosario in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Primitivo Montae saved Rabagol from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Rabagol's Nicanor Pes got a free kick in the 6th minute. Rabagol's Primitivo Montae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Faro in the 9th minute of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Paolo Panpili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rabagol's Primitivo Montae was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Banegas in the 12th minute of play forced Ranquilcó FC's goalkeeper Ubaldo Primeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximino Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando Rosario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vladimiro Stephen kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Rabagol's Primitivo Montae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Rosario in the 32nd minute of play. Primitivo Montae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Panpili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rabagol's goalkeeper Primitivo Montae, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Ranquilcó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Banegas came free, but Ubaldo Primeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Ranquilcó FC's Fernando Rosario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Primitivo Montae narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paolo Panpili made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Ranquilcó FC's zone, Martin Banegas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Primeiro came out of the goal and Martin Banegas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Rabagol booed when Ranquilcó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Pelagius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rabagol's Primitivo Montae proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Rabagol from getting a goal against them. Primitivo Montae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Panpili, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Martin Banegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Primeiro having to interfere. Paolo Panpili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Primitivo Montae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauricio Pelagius's late challenge caught a Rabagol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauricio Pelagius helped the player get up and apologised. Mauricio Pelagius kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the game's 77th minute Rabagol's Enrique Escobar took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Ubaldo Primeiro and thus the score was 2-0. In the 81stth minute of the game Martin Banegas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranquilcó FC's Ubaldo Primeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximino Azevedo took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ubaldo Primeiro. Ubaldo Primeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Primitivo Montae was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mauricio Pelagius showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 89 minute of play. In the 96th minute Paolo Panpili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Montae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rabagol fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ranquilcó FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
