Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eriberto Llope started the match with the kick off. Emanuel Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Llope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Chago charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damian Chago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Damian Chago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximino Panpili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Gau having to interfere. Leo Gau came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Cienega's Baldomero Otsoko. But to his dismay, Baldomero Otsoko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Emanuel Loco made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Baltasar Abel sent off a good shot on target. When Baltasar Erramun fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fragueyro AFC's protests and gave Baltasar Erramun a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute of the match Fermin Aztore shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leo Gau showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Abel got free with Emanuel Loco in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute, Damian Chago ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leo Gau was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Panpili in the 36th minute of play forced Fragueyro AFC's goalkeeper Leo Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 played minutes, Cienega's Godofredo Ruy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leo Gau came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cienega reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltasar Abel got free with Emanuel Loco in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leo Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Chago in the 41st minute of play. In the 45th minute Baldomero Otsoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Cienega's Emanuel Loco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Llope in the 53rd minute of play. After 55 played minutes Fragueyro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Macario. Maximino Panpili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Leo Gau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Cienega's Godofredo Ruy broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a little luck, Fragueyro AFC's Leo Gau got control of the ball when Maximino Panpili tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 69 played minutes Fragueyro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Macario. 71 minutes into the game, Fragueyro AFC's Eriberto Llope nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Loco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 74 minutes into the game, Eriberto Llope cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Emanuel Loco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute Eriberto Llope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Loco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fragueyro AFC's Eriberto Llope got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the game, Fragueyro AFC's Baltasar Abel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emanuel Loco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The supporters of Fragueyro AFC booed when Cienega was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Ruy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cipriano Guilabertus was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 93rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fragueyro AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
