Omar Weterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio James in the 3rd minute of the match. Silvio Normando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salvador Iaki went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Roman Cordareo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Silvio Normando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Chorrillos FC- OFF got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Montel. In the 15th minute of the match Feliciano Martxot sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvio Normando skillfully saved the ball. 0-2 became the score in the 17th minute when Leo Feo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Geronimo Chuse ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvio Normando was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Silvio Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Llin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the game, Salvador Iaki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Silvio Normando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the match, Roman Cordareo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvio Normando. Chorrillos FC- OFF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roman Cordareo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 40 minutes into the game, CAJ's Silvano Llin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvio Normando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Silvio Normando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Llin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benicio James was the one to do the kick off. Geronimo Chuse struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Silvio Normando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CAJ. Silvio Normando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Arias in the 57th minute. The supporters of CAJ booed when Chorrillos FC- OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Enetz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Chorrillos FC- OFF's Silvio Normando got control of the ball when Silvano Llin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silvio Normando was a little too slow when Geronimo Chuse got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-7. Silvano Llin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Silvio Normando made a huge save. 73 minutes into the match, Chorrillos FC- OFF's Benicio James sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Weterio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Salvador Iaki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Silvio Normando made a huge save. In the 83rd minute Roman Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Normando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Cordareo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Silvano Llin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvio Normando. That made the score 0-8 in the 88 minute of play. Silvio Normando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Chuse, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Silvano Llin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAJ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Llin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CAJ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
