Alvaro Blasi came out of the goal and Leopoldo Orkatz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidoro Abeitia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prospero Pitin during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Macri Gato AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Pitin to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 18 in the game by Igor Karlo from a close distance when the talented Rolando Hori managed to make a qualified save. Macri Gato AFC's players were relieved. Julio Incendio's late challenge caught a 14 DE JULIO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julio Incendio helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Macri Gato AFC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Incendio. Alvaro Blasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Orkatz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Basilio Chus managed to get in a good position for a shot. 14 DE JULIO's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Chus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Hori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute Albano Moise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Blasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Isidoro Abeitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Incendio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Blasi having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, 14 DE JULIO's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Incendio came free, but Alvaro Blasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albano Moise to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Basilio Chus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Igor Karlo made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Hori. Macri Gato AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 14 DE JULIO's Alejandro Tome got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atilano Ursino charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atilano Ursino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 69 played minutes Macri Gato AFC got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Ursino. Rogelio Panpili missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 70 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Rolando Hori right hand side. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Igor Karlo put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rolando Hori. Alvaro Blasi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Incendio went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Eugenio Ipar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rolando Hori. Macri Gato AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Igor Karlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Igor Karlo came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the 14 DE JULIO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Igor Karlo couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Karlo in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Hori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, Albano Moise dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alvaro Blasi, 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
