Robustiano Millano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Florin having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Pablo Nerio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Javier Florin to make any attempt to save it. CRAI's Atilano Vincente got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Atilano Vincente managed to get in a good position for a shot. CRAI's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Vincente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filiberto Kimetz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santo Kiliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Robustiano Millano's late challenge caught a CRAI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robustiano Millano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Mixto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Millano to maneuver through the defense. CRAI's Omar Nahia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mixto. Atilano Vincente took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filiberto Kimetz. Filiberto Kimetz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Atilano Vincente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Kimetz having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santo Kiliz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Robustiano Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Atilano Vincente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Filiberto Kimetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Atilano Vincente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atilano Vincente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Filiberto Kimetz made a huge save. In the 64th minute, Atilano Vincente fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Filiberto Kimetz, passed just outside the right post. Danilo Pacifico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Javier Florin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Mixto booed when CRAI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Sayvion didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to CRAI getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Silverio Machado hit a great ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Pablo Nerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mixto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Nerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in CRAI's zone, Danilo Pacifico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Florin came out of the goal and Danilo Pacifico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Pablo Nerio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Javier Florin was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. In the 77th minute Danilo Pacifico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Florin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atilano Vincente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pablo Nerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Florin having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, Mixto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Vimaro to maneuver through the defense. If Danilo Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
