Spectators: 7123 (Terracing: 5444, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 10) PabloFC's Miguel Gizon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Apolo Perfecto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Ondino having to interfere. Tiburcio Ondino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Perfecto in the 10th minute of the match. Apolo Perfecto scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Ondino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodoro Llin during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Teodoro Llin hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 18 played minutes PabloFC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Quintin. After 19 played minutes, Rivertidísimo VGesell's Horacio Su shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tiburcio Ondino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rivertidísimo VGesell reached it. Benjamin Roano charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Roano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Rivertidísimo VGesell got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Roano. Manuel Chuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Tiburcio Ondino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiburcio Ondino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Apolo Perfecto's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Miguel Gizon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After the first half Rivertidísimo VGesell were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manuel Chuan to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Manuel Chuan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivertidísimo VGesell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Chuan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 60 minutes, Zeledon Fernanco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 64th minute, Apolo Perfecto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 80 minutes PabloFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Horacio Su who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Apolo Perfecto advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-3 in the 81st minute. Miguel Gizon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Bihar having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Zeledon Fernanco managed to get in a good position for a shot. PabloFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Fernanco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaston Bihar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Apolo Perfectos short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Tiburcio Ondino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Chuan in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiburcio Ondino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 95th minute Manuel Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Ondino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rivertidísimo VGesell had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
