Spectators: 7129 (Terracing: 5433, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 30) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Frechoso started the match with the kick off. David Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Frechoso in the 7th minute of the match. Fabio Acuña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Nerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixto Frasquito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Acuña read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. David Laurendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Ramos in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ferro Carapachay Oeste's zone, Sixto Frasquito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Acuña came out of the goal and Sixto Frasquito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 minutes of play, Ferro Carapachay Oeste's Oscar Ramos made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Laurendi was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Sixto Frasquito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio Acuña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Pudes went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After recieving a nice pass, Ferro Carapachay Oeste's Gaudencio Millano tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Sixto Frasquito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Los Vagos's zone, Oscar Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Laurendi came out of the goal and Oscar Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sixto Frasquito made a kick off. Los Vagos's Melquiades Rio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 56th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fabio Acuña but with some difficulty. 57 minutes into the match, Los Vagos's Sixto Frasquito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Acuña narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 58 minutes, Primitivo Celino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ferro Carapachay Oeste and the Los Vagos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ferro Carapachay Oeste's Primitivo Celino got a free kick in the 58th minute. A collision led to Ferro Carapachay Oeste getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Gaudencio Millano hit a great ball. In the 68th minute of the match Jorge Iraunkor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Laurendi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Ferro Carapachay Oeste's goalkeeper Fabio Acuña had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Nerio. After 73 played minutes, Ferro Carapachay Oeste's Jorge Iraunkor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper David Laurendi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ferro Carapachay Oeste reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Eustacio Nerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Vagos's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustacio Nerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Acuña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sixto Frasquito got free with Fabio Acuña in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th minute, Eustacio Nerio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Vagos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Sixto Frasquito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Acuña having to interfere. Sixto Frasquito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sixto Frasquito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. Sixto Frasquito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Fabio Acuña made a huge save. Los Vagos were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
