Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Prospero Arnas started the match with the kick off. Miguel Gamus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Godfredo Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Gamus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albano Txordon kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Lescano FC's Israel Gagriel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Godfredo Franco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Flavio Padro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Arnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lescano FC's Flavio Padro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Rosario in the 17th minute of play. Damian Paio hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 21 minutes of play, Jockey Club Villa Maria's Prospero Arnas made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Gamus made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Nemesio Rosario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jockey Club Villa Maria's supporters rose to their feet, but Nemesio Rosario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Padro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, Miguel Gamus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miguel Gamus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Padro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Prospero Arnas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 68 minute of play. Nemesio Rosario ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jockey Club Villa Maria had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
