Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Miguel Gamus kicked off to start the match. Santiago Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Israel Gagriel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Fulgencio Lia made a huge save. Lescano FC's Flavio Padro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Frasco in the 10th minute of play. Miguel Gamus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute Miguel Gamus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Lia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 played minutes Lescano FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Azevedo. Gaston Umbruso was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Santiago Rey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Flavio Padro. Lescano FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Lescano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. Flavio Padro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eulalio Frasco's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 1-0 became the score in the 34th minute when Israel Gagriel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Alfredo Azevedo fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lescano FC's protests and gave Alfredo Azevedo a yellow card for diving instead. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lescano FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaston Umbruso was slow to take the kick. During this time Huasapampa's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gaston Umbruso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Flavio Padro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Israel Gagriel took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fulgencio Lia. Fulgencio Lia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, Huasapampa's Santiago Rey got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Miguel Gamus came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Lescano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Gamus couldn't finish the play. With his leg Flavio Padro managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Huasapampa's Eulalio Frasco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 65 minutes, Damian Paio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lescano FC and the Huasapampa players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lescano FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Damian Paio hit a great ball. Flavio Padro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmar Gutxi in the 66th minute. If Israel Gagriel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Miguel Gamus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Lia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eulalio Frasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Padro having to interfere. Huasapampa's Delmar Gutxi got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Huasapampa's Eulalio Frasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Flavio Padro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Flavio Padro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Frasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Huasapampa's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
