Spectators: 7385 (Terracing: 5540, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 147) OGT's Santos Iraido started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Resolana's goalkeeper Virgil Ţăranu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Santos Iraido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Virgil Ţăranu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Santos Iraido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Sauveur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Evaristo Pirmin made a huge save. In the 20th minute, Benito Feo made a precise shot to the right of Virgil Ţăranu. Resolana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Arturo Ofelio hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Leonardo Bernabel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evaristo Pirmin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 31stth minute of the game Benito Feo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Resolana's Virgil Ţăranu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Resolana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Jerardo to maneuver through the defense. Evaristo Pirmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Urre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. OGT's Evaristo Pirmin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save OGT from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, OGT's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Meira came free, but Evaristo Pirmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Resolana getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Renan Meira hit a great ball. The supporters of OGT booed when Resolana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Bero didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Resolana's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Iraunkor came free, but Virgil Ţăranu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erubiel Cugat to strike the kick off in the second half. Benito Feo kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Leonides Iraunkor charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Evaristo Pirmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan Meira in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Santos Iraido ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virgil Ţăranu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Iraido in the 74th minute of play forced Resolana's goalkeeper Virgil Ţăranu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Conrado Urre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Resolana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. A collision led to OGT getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Leonides Iraunkor hit a great ball. The referee gave Resolana a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Conrado Urre, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of OGT's Evaristo Pirmin. 3-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erubiel Cugat in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Pirmin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st match minute, OGT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Naelio to maneuver through the defense. Gervasio Pio lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 96th match minute, OGT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Pio to maneuver through the defense. Resolana's Renan Meira got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Resolana lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
