The audience thought a goal was coming when Ariel Odon got free with Florentino Abeitia in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Ildefonso Tono left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VIEJO EXPRESO PATAGONICO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 38 minutes into the match, VIEJO EXPRESO PATAGONICO's goalkeeper Florentino Abeitia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ariel Odon. VIEJO EXPRESO PATAGONICO's Florentino Abeitia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Quinten in the 39th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Mauro Quinten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florentino Abeitia was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Florentino Abeitia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Quinten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benicio Kiliz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. VIEJO EXPRESO PATAGONICO's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 79th minute, Ariel Odon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
