After 13 minutes, Anastasio Esdras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HEARTS and the Intergalactic Pong FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Eustaquio Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 21 minutes, Emiliano Laurendi made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. HEARTS's Abelardo Asur tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Intergalactic Pong FC's Roman Eskuin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Intergalactic Pong FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Intergalactic Pong FC's zone, Rodolfo Telmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Eskuin came out of the goal and Rodolfo Telmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emiliano Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Abelardo Asur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Abelardo Asur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Bladi in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute Eustaquio Bladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Felipe Nisio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodolfo Telmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the game, Intergalactic Pong FC's Emiliano Laurendi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abelardo Asur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The supporters of HEARTS booed when Intergalactic Pong FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Isias didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Eustaquio Bladi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abelardo Asur. That made the score 0-3 in the 73 minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Gabriel Leizarraga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Intergalactic Pong FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HEARTS the free kick. After a rather tough play, Intergalactic Pong FC's Gabriel Leizarraga got a free kick in the 76th minute. Anastasio Esdras hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Eustaquio Bladi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Telmo couldn't finish the play. The Intergalactic Pong FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
