Gondra AFC's Arnout Van Eycke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Lauaxeta in the 12th minute of play. After having played for 14 minutes, Narciso Bieito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gondra AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Bieito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnout Van Eycke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Urtsin in the 23rd minute of play. Pablo Orlandus scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Van Eycke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Gondra AFC's Honorio Gonzo got a free kick in the 28th minute. Juni juni FC's Nunez Lauaxeta got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Edgard Urtsin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juni juni FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Urtsin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Van Eycke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Urtsin in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Van Eycke saved Gondra AFC from getting behind. In the 40th match minute, Gondra AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lolo Mondejar to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Gondra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Lauaxeta came free, but Arnout Van Eycke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gondra AFC's Arnout Van Eycke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Urtsin in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Lolo Mondejar ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnout Van Eycke made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Nunez Lauaxeta sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Edgard Urtsin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Justo Cresconio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Bieito, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
