After 21 played minutes Muñano got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Mero. After some careless play in the Calchaqui FC II defense, Manuel Diaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Baraquiel. The Calchaqui FC II fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Baraquiel should have stopped the shot. Carmelo Toribio hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Calchaqui FC II's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Marin came free, but Hugo Baraquiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adolfo Mazuste hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Calchaqui FC II's attentive Tomas Rodriguez managed to snatch the ball when Adolfo Mazuste made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. Carmelo Toribio hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Hugo Baraquiel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anibal Marin went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Calchaqui FC II's Hugo Baraquiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Marin in the 41st minute of play. Cecilio Valery was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 44 minutes into the match. The supporters of Muñano booed when Calchaqui FC II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Valery didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Oidor struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Hugo Baraquiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muñano. Hugo Baraquiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Diaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manuel Diaz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Manuel Diaz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hugo Baraquiel. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 56th minute, Muñano's Anibal Marin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hugo Baraquiel. Hugo Baraquiel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Diaz in the 62nd minute of play forced Calchaqui FC II's goalkeeper Hugo Baraquiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lei Zhou Hong came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Calchaqui FC II's Armando Ospetsu. But to his dismay, Armando Ospetsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Calchaqui FC II's Hugo Baraquiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Calchaqui FC II from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Hugo Baraquiel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 93 minutes into the match, Manuel Diaz notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Calchaqui FC II's Hugo Baraquiel. Hugo Baraquiel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Muñano had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
