A dos Toques's supporters rose to their feet, but Hilario Sarracino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Higinio Ciceron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A dos Toques's Silvio Belarmo got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 24 minutes, Tomás Tebaldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vestreffee and the A dos Toques players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vestreffee's Tomás Tebaldo got a free kick in the 26th minute. The long shot by Enrique Birjaio in the 27th minute really tested Higinio Ciceron's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a little luck, Vestreffee's Higinio Ciceron got control of the ball when Hilario Sarracino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Inocencio Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Gustau in the 31st minute of play. 0-1 became the score in the 33rd minute when Carolo Gustau elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A dos Toques's Hilario Sarracino got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silvio Belarmo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carolo Gustau stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Vestreffee's zone, Gonzalo Montiel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Ciceron came out of the goal and Gonzalo Montiel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Vestreffee defense, Silvio Belarmo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Higinio Ciceron. The Vestreffee fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Higinio Ciceron should have stopped the shot. Robustiano Ospetsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Higinio Ciceron having to make a save. The A dos Toques fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when A dos Toques's Hilario Sarracino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilario Sarracino in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higinio Ciceron saved Vestreffee from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Vestreffee's Leon Guillelmo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Leon Guillelmo charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Guillelmo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vestreffee getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Leon Guillelmo hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilario Sarracino in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higinio Ciceron saved Vestreffee from getting behind. The supporters of Vestreffee booed when A dos Toques was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Sarracino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robustiano Amor got free with Inocencio Fidele in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee felt a red card was in order, 86 minutes into the game, when Leon Guillelmo put in a rough tackle. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vestreffee! If Robustiano Amor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
