Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paolo Iago in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodosio Madeo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BulnesFC's Teodosio Madeo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Timo in the 19th minute of play. Celso Gonzalezs short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Teodosio Madeo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Leopardi Team's zone, Cosme Ospetsu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopoldo Montay came out of the goal and Cosme Ospetsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leopoldo Montay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Ospetsu in the 30th minute of play. Leopoldo Montay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Ospetsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, BulnesFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Timo came free, but Teodosio Madeo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Gonzalez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Teodosio Madeo made a huge save. In the 42nd minute, Leopardi Team's Eriberto Timo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teodosio Madeo. Teodosio Madeo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Celso Gonzalez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Madeo having to interfere. In the 47th minute Paolo Iago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Madeo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cosme Ospetsu to strike the kick off in the second half. Paolo Iago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute.
