The audience thought a goal was coming when 孔迪彬 got free with Leandro Gelacio in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marciano Ayala in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leandro Gelacio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Leondo F.C.'s Marciano Ayala got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aquilino Erlantz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Pajaro's goal looked a bit too open when 孔迪彬 came free, but Leandro Gelacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pajaro's zone, Angelino Lorencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Gelacio came out of the goal and Angelino Lorencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marciano Ayala got free with Leandro Gelacio in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute, Timoteo Elazar made a precise shot to the right of Roberto Abbondanzieri. Leondo F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Angelino Valery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Elazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Abbondanzieri having to interfere. Leandro Gelacio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marciano Ayala's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Roberto Abbondanzieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franc Garrincha in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Elazar in the 47th minute of play forced Leondo F.C.'s goalkeeper Roberto Abbondanzieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marciano Ayala was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Angelino Valery ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Abbondanzieri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Angelino Valery's late challenge caught a Leondo F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelino Valery helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Pajaro got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Valery. Timoteo Elazar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Roberto Abbondanzieri made a huge save. A collision led to Leondo F.C. getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Inocencio Cordaro hit a great ball. Angelino Valery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inocencio Cordaro charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Inocencio Cordaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd minute, Inocencio Cordaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pajaro's attentive Angelino Valery managed to snatch the ball when Leonardo Gorosti made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Roberto Abbondanzieri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timoteo Elazar in the 78th minute. Marciano Ayala blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Gelacio having to make a save. Angelino Valery received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Roberto Abbondanzieri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leondo F.C.'s goalkeeper Roberto Abbondanzieri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leondo F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Santos Lugo was slow to take the kick. During this time Pajaro's players had a chance to rest. After 90 minutes of play, Leondo F.C.'s Marciano Ayala made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leandro Gelacio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leandro Gelacio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marciano Ayala went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
