Ramiro Vedillo made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Epifanio Gagriel sent off a good shot on target. After 36 played minutes AS MAS got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Abecia. The supporters of MURO DE PIEDRA booed when AS MAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Hustaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. MURO DE PIEDRA's Niceto Gumaro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 47th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ramiro Vedillo but with some difficulty. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Epifanio Gagriel to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Mariano Cordeara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mariano Gonzalez. MURO DE PIEDRA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Cordeara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Benito Gitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Gonzalez having to interfere. Epifanio Gagriel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AS MAS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Celedonio Abecia in the 64th minute. The supporters of AS MAS booed when MURO DE PIEDRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Dorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Guaberto Clementi came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the AS MAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Clementi couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Gagriel in the 71st minute of play forced AS MAS's goalkeeper Ramiro Vedillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by AS MAS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Niceto Gumaro was slow to take the kick. During this time MURO DE PIEDRA's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Niceto Gumaro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ramiro Vedillo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 74th minute Cesar Quintyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Vedillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes MURO DE PIEDRA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Celedonio Abecia who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Celedonio Abecia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MURO DE PIEDRA's Mariano Gonzalez did a great save. In the 86th minute, Cesar Quintyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to MURO DE PIEDRA getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Pablo Raymond hit a great ball. After 90 minutes, Mariano Cordeara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AS MAS and the MURO DE PIEDRA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Conrado Enaut kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
