Hugo Argoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Nisman, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Vicente Froila kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Blas Beat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Ferraz having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Blas Beat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hélder Ferraz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Hugo Argoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Mendonça in the 40th minute of the match. After 43 minutes, Genaro Eutropio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nueva Luna and the Passo a Passo F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Nueva Luna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Eutropio to maneuver through the defense. The Passo a Passo F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nueva Luna were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blas Beat was the one to do the kick off. In the 92nd match minute, Passo a Passo F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Beltza to maneuver through the defense. Blas Beat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Nueva Luna supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nueva Luna would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
