In the 14th minute Norberto Telo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Toribio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Cleto Marko made a precise shot to the right of Rogelio Toribio. CSD Estación Chilavert's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sapucai FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Desiderio Inge in the 69th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Rogelio Toribio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Desiderio Inge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Rogelio Toribio made a huge save. The supporters of Sapucai FC booed when CSD Estación Chilavert was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Tello didn't get a good kick on the ball. The CSD Estación Chilavert fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sapucai FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
