Spectators: 7349 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) Los Potrillos's Fausto Bernaldo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Miguel Ciceron ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Quirze was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 8 minutes, Alonzo Sadurni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malvinas Argentinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alonzo Sadurni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Malvinas Argentinas's Ivan Toney in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Potrillos's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Los Potrillos's Jorge Porres got a free kick in the 10th minute. Ivan Toney struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Gabriel Quirze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malvinas Argentinas. Gabriel Quirze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Toney, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Toney in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Quirze prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the match, Los Potrillos's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Toney came free, but Gabriel Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Miguel Ciceron had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Quirze. Los Potrillos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Ciceron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Los Potrillos's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Toney came free, but Gabriel Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Potrillos's Gabriel Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Argina in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match Maximiliano Lucado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Quirze showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Los Potrillos's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Toney came free, but Gabriel Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malvinas Argentinas's Saturnino Fernado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gabriel Quirze in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Ivan Toney put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gabriel Quirze. The audience was convinced that Ivan Toney's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Quirze was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Ivan Toney sped through Los Potrillos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Quirze. 34 minutes into the game, Ivan Toney cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Gabriel Quirze was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Los Potrillos's attentive Jorge Porres managed to snatch the ball when Silvio Baleren made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. Ivan Toney scored 0-6 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Quirze, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gabriel Quirze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivan Toney went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Los Potrillos's Gabriel Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Sadurni in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Malvinas Argentinas were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivan Toney made a kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Ivan Toney sped through Los Potrillos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Quirze. Gabriel Quirze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Toney, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Gabriel Quirze was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ivan Toney showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 64 minute of play. A hard shot 67 in the game by Ivan Toney from a close distance when the talented Gabriel Quirze managed to make a qualified save. Los Potrillos's players were relieved. Ivan Toney had several of the Los Potrillos's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 68 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-12 score and a disappointed Gabriel Quirze as he didn't even see the shot coming. 75 minutes into the game, Ivan Toney lined in a short shot 0-14 behind a frustrated Gabriel Quirze. Gabriel Quirze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Izotz in the 78th minute of the match. When Malvinas Argentinas's Ivan Toney in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Potrillos's goalie prevented a goal. Gabriel Quirze came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Malvinas Argentinas's Miguel Ciceron. But to his dismay, Miguel Ciceron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-16. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 0-18 when Ivan Toney sped through Los Potrillos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Quirze. 94 minutes into the game, Ivan Toney cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-19. Gabriel Quirze was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Malvinas Argentinas's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
