Adolfo Goi hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Adolfo Goi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Americo Marcones. Deportivo Mate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adolfo Goi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Barrilete Cosmico were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Deportivo Mate's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Moises Francesco took the corner. Maximiliano Diaz tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Americo Marcones. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 21st minute. Americo Marcones came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Barrilete Cosmico's Adolfo Goi. But to his dismay, Adolfo Goi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Moises Francesco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Americo Marcones was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mate's Alvaro Isias got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Adolfo Goi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Marcones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Barrilete Cosmico booed when Deportivo Mate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Felipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 42 played minutes Deportivo Mate got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Isias. A collision led to Barrilete Cosmico getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Herminio Larra hit a great ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adolfo Goi made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Mate's Maximiliano Diaz got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute, Moises Francesco fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of Deportivo Mate booed when Barrilete Cosmico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Bela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Americo Marcones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Goi in the 56th minute of the match. Deportivo Mate's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Victor Fanuco scored to the left of an out of position Americo Marcones, making the score, 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Goi in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Marcones prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Moises Francesco succeeded in the game's 66th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. Americo Marcones made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Moises Francesco sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute of the match Moises Francesco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Americo Marcones showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Americo Marcones took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Barrilete Cosmico's Adolfo Goi in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Mate's goalie prevented a goal. Americo Marcones came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrilete Cosmico's Adolfo Goi. But to his dismay, Adolfo Goi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Americo Marcones was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adolfo Goi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 81 minute of play. Fernandão de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Tipi in the 85th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moises Francesco got free with Americo Marcones in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 88 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mate's goalkeeper Americo Marcones had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Francesco. The supporters of Barrilete Cosmico booed when Deportivo Mate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo James didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo Mate's Teofilo Manex was substituted for Gerardo Tipi. In the 96th minute, Guillermo James hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barrilete Cosmico's Adolfo Goi got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barrilete Cosmico played a much better game than Deportivo Mate and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Mate players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
