If Pastor Gitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind NYC United's goalkeeper Domingo Bide, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Berdaitz in the 6th minute of play forced AV & AA's goalkeeper Cirilo Mancio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasio Karmel got free with Domingo Bide in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. NYC United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Anastasio Karmel scored to the left of an out of position Domingo Bide, making the score, 1-0. Domingo Bide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Manilan, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. AV & AA were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after NYC United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raimundo Guerau took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Raimundo Guerau got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Domingo Bide quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 26th minute Junior Villate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Mancio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cirilo Mancio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Ceandro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingo Bide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Guerau in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, AV & AA's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Berdaitz came free, but Cirilo Mancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot by Raimundo Guerau from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Domingo Bide's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Joe Roget lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Domingo Bide went to the wrong direction when Raimundo Guerau was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Junior Villate to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Junior Villate in the 53rd minute of play forced AV & AA's goalkeeper Cirilo Mancio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes AV & AA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ali Cengiz Peykan who took care of the corner kick. Robustiano Berdaitz made a great header on NYC United's corner, it was just that AV & AA's Cirilo Mancio managed to reach the ball for a save. Cirilo Mancio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Berdaitz in the 56th minute of the match. Cirilo Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Beltrán, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robustiano Berdaitz got free with Cirilo Mancio in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 66th minute Pastor Gitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Bide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Junior Villate kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cirilo Mancio. That made the score 1-2 in the 74 minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, AV & AA's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Villate came free, but Cirilo Mancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute of the match NYC United got a corner. AV & AA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ali Cengiz Peykan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cirilo Mancio came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by NYC United's Robustiano Berdaitz. But to his dismay, Robustiano Berdaitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Cirilo Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Villate, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 92 minutes of play, AV & AA's Aureliano Manilan made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingo Bide was left in no man's land by his defense there! NYC United's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
