If Gamon Case had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 3 minutes into the match, Peissawg Cleaver had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mabon Keelan. Neath's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peissawg Cleaver was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Taffy Grace fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cardiff City Ladyboys FC's protests and gave Taffy Grace a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Cardiff City Ladyboys FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taffy Grace to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berth Ammon in the 11th minute of play forced Cardiff City Ladyboys FC's goalkeeper Nentres Gillman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nentres Gillman made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Collen Forsyth sent off a good shot on target. Nentres Gillman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berth Ammon in the 16th minute of play. Cardiff City Ladyboys FC's Nentres Gillman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berth Ammon in the 18th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cardiff City Ladyboys FC's goalkeeper Nentres Gillman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Collen Forsyth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berth Ammon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Nentres Gillman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heilyn Holcomb's late challenge caught a Cardiff City Ladyboys FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Heilyn Holcomb helped the player get up and apologised. Berth Ammon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cardiff City Ladyboys FC's Peissawg Cleaver got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peissawg Cleaver to strike the kick off in the second half. If Berth Ammon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nentres Gillman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Collen Forsyth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cardiff City Ladyboys FC's goalkeeper Nentres Gillman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gamon Case who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Mabon Keelan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nentres Gillman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Collen Forsyth in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Gamon Case made a precise shot to the right of Mabon Keelan. Neath's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Berth Ammon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berth Ammon in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nentres Gillman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Berth Ammon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Nentres Gillman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Neath lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
