Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5462, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) Eslöv's Erik Melberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Calle Sander made a precise shot to the right of Tomas Allbom. Eslöv's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Freddie Algren notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Eslöv's Tomas Allbom. Tomas Allbom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oscar Dahlkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eslöv's Tomas Allbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orvar Vallman in the 16th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Nydala IF's Freddie Algren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Allbom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patrik Eklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddie Algren in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Allbom saved Eslöv from getting behind. Tomas Allbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orvar Vallman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Melberg in the 41st minute of play forced Nydala IF's goalkeeper Evert Forssberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Nydala IF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Calle Sander made the kick off in the second half. Freddie Algren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Freddie Algren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomas Allbom. Eslöv's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddie Algren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Evert Forssberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Eklund in the 59th minute of play. When Freddie Algren came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Nydala IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddie Algren couldn't finish the play. Eslöv's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Calle Sander 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. In the 68th match minute, Nydala IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig-Åke Termander to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Oscar Dahlkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erik Melberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Freddie Algren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Tomas Allbom when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Orvar Vallman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Eslöv's zone, Freddie Algren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Allbom came out of the goal and Freddie Algren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orvar Vallman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. Nydala IF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddie Algren got free with Tomas Allbom in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 97 minutes into the match, Nydala IF's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Eklund came free, but Evert Forssberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Nydala IF getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Vilhelm Nyberg hit a great ball. The Eslöv fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nydala IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
