Spectators: 7323 (Terracing: 5494, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 145) Keso Gaming's Bertil Hök started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Spetz in the 3rd minute of play forced Keso Gaming's goalkeeper Joseph Törnkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute Bertil Hök shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Kihlman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Sebastian Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sebastian Eklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bertil Hök sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 18 minutes, Sten Örtendahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åseda IK and the Keso Gaming players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Åseda IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Örtendahl to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Spetz in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joseph Törnkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bertil Hök had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 played minutes Keso Gaming got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Fastesson. After 31 played minutes, Åseda IK's Bengt Jonasson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joseph Törnkvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Åseda IK reached it. After a rather tough play, Keso Gaming's Herbert Berg got a free kick in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the Keso Gaming defense, David Spetz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joseph Törnkvist. The Keso Gaming fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joseph Törnkvist should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the game, Eddie Hafström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Åseda IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Keso Gaming the free kick. In the 36th match minute, Åseda IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddie Hafström to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute David Spetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Törnkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes, Dag Fransson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åseda IK and the Keso Gaming players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Eklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vilgot Borre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Kihlman having to interfere. After 60 played minutes Åseda IK got a freekick which was hit by Sten Örtendahl. After some careless play in the Keso Gaming defense, David Spetz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joseph Törnkvist. The Keso Gaming fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joseph Törnkvist should have stopped the shot. Bertil Hök fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Kihlman having to interfere. When Vilgot Borre came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Keso Gaming fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilgot Borre couldn't finish the play. Vilgot Borre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Tomas Kihlman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Sebastian Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sebastian Eklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Keso Gaming's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after David Spetz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Hök in the 95th minute of play forced Åseda IK's goalkeeper Tomas Kihlman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilgot Borre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Tomas Kihlman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Åseda IK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
