Daniel Jonsson kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When Georg Vennerlund fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ejderns Goif's protests and gave Georg Vennerlund a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes Ejderns Goif got a freekick which was hit by Georg Vennerlund. Karl Wästerberg scored 2-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonardo Fanström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Fanström made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Dick Vester sent off a good shot on target. After 24 played minutes Malmö Torpedos got a freekick which was hit by Björn Deckbergh. 26 minutes into the match, Ejderns Goif's goal looked a bit too open when Ingvar Vallin came free, but Leonardo Fanström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ejderns Goif's Leonardo Fanström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Wästerberg in the 29th minute of play. Ejderns Goif's Georg Vennerlund got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Georg Vennerlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd match minute, Ejderns Goif was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Jonsson to maneuver through the defense.

Georg Vennerlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Håkan Kullgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Fanström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Wästerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Georg Vennerlund struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Håkan Kullgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ejderns Goif. In the 69th minute Karl Wästerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Fanström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marko Hedvall hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Dick Vester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Fanström having to interfere. Leonardo Fanström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dick Vester, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the game, Malmö Torpedos's Ingvar Vallin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonardo Fanström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 87 played minutes Malmö Torpedos got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Månsson. Georg Vennerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Malmö Torpedos booed when Ejderns Goif was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agne Nordin didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ejderns Goif players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Malmö Torpedos.
