Hugo Termander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dag Hellbom in the 9th minute of play. Hugo Termander came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Fagersta BF's Roger Apelkvist. But to his dismay, Roger Apelkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kristian Adelsköld was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 15 minutes into the match. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PerHassans bollkallar! In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fagersta BF's goalkeeper Vidar Ennegren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, PerHassans bollkallar's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Apelkvist came free, but Hugo Termander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, PerHassans bollkallar's goal looked a bit too open when Dag Hellbom came free, but Hugo Termander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PerHassans bollkallar's Hugo Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Hedström in the 36th minute of play. If Dominik Sroki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th match minute, Fagersta BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicklas Mattsson to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dag Hellbom was the one to do the kick off. Johnny Ahlström hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Hugo Termander was a little too slow when Dag Hellbom got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-3. 64 minutes into the game, Fagersta BF's Dag Hellbom nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Termander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. With an all-out effort, Fagersta BF's Hugo Termander threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roger Apelkvist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hugo Termander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Apelkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dag Hellbom got free with Hugo Termander in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PerHassans bollkallar's Hugo Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicklas Mattsson in the 75th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charlie Hedström got free with Hugo Termander in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hugo Termander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charlie Hedström in the 78th minute. Hugo Termander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicklas Mattsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes of play, Fagersta BF's Roger Apelkvist made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Termander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dag Hellbom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nils-Åke Eliasson hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see PerHassans bollkallar's Paul Featherson in action when he in the 95th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 96th minute, Nicklas Mattsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fagersta BF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
