Reine Finkel came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Ekaryd FF's Gunnar Sjöö. But to his dismay, Gunnar Sjöö quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. In the 70th minute, Jarl Nordlander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the game, J.J J.J. was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ekaryd FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elliott Wave the free kick. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. The audience was convinced that Andres Oper's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patryk Pieknik was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the match, Tobias Viberg notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Elliott Wave's Reine Finkel. When the match was over Ekaryd FF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Elliott Wave throughout the match.
