The FC Loosers fans' excitement grew in the 48th match minute when FC Loosers's Håkan Kämpe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Claudinho Recife made the kick off in the second half. Ivan Tillman charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Joar Blomkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, FC Finskalejonet's Ivan Tillman got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Håkan Kämpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 68th minute, Håkan Kämpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Jon Håning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Blomkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joar Blomkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Valentin Lind fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Loosers's protests and gave Valentin Lind a yellow card for diving instead.
