The referee ignored Dominiczyn's protests and gave Ulryk Maziarz a yellow card for diving instead. Ulryk Maziarz hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Feliks Pietrowiak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gajle SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliks Pietrowiak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Izydor Bialakowski came out of the goal and Feliks Pietrowiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the game, Michal Jaroszewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dominiczyn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gajle SA the free kick. In the 80th match minute, Dominiczyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Jaroszewicz to maneuver through the defense.
