If Tobiasz Klewinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Wrocławscy Gladiatorzy getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Waclaw Kiewra hit a great ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Betlejem Reda end's goalkeeper Sylwester Nuszkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sylwester Nuszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobiasz Klewinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The supporters of Wrocławscy Gladiatorzy booed when Betlejem Reda end was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radoslaw Sienkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sylwester Nuszkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Cwojdak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Korneliusz Dejo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Leonard Gniewek made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Damian Soliwoda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Stasio Rawa came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Betlejem Reda end fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stasio Rawa couldn't finish the play. Korneliusz Dejo might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonard Gniewek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Korneliusz Dejo ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Tobiasz Klewinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmund Cwojdak's late challenge caught a Betlejem Reda end's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmund Cwojdak helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wrocławscy Gladiatorzy's Edmund Cwojdak got a free kick in the 57th minute. Korneliusz Dejo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonard Gniewek having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Stasio Rawa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Betlejem Reda end's supporters rose to their feet, but Stasio Rawa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard Gniewek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roman Dobilas charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roman Dobilas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th match minute, Wrocławscy Gladiatorzy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Dobilas to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Wrocławscy Gladiatorzy's goal looked a bit too open when Stasio Rawa came free, but Leonard Gniewek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobiasz Klewinski hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 77thth minute of the game Stasio Rawa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wrocławscy Gladiatorzy's Leonard Gniewek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stasio Rawa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Gniewek having to interfere. Sylwester Nuszkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobiasz Klewinski in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Tobiasz Klewinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Nuszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobiasz Klewinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Sylwester Nuszkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Betlejem Reda end fans cheered their team off the field, for while Wrocławscy Gladiatorzy had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
