The crowd rose to their feet as Nawsie's Jerzy Merski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Juliusz Seliga. That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. Marian Dobrzechowski's late challenge caught a Stal Stalowa Wola's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marian Dobrzechowski helped the player get up and apologised. Marian Dobrzechowski kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Damian Gdowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Zdzislaw Rode had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radomir Gorzkiewicz. Nawsie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zdzislaw Rode was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 31 minutes into the match, Nawsie's goal looked a bit too open when Hieronim Zdrojowy came free, but Radomir Gorzkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Nawsie's Tobiasz Kaider sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juliusz Seliga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 34 played minutes Nawsie got a freekick which was hit by Miromir Byczewski. After a defensive mix-up in Nawsie's zone, Zdzislaw Rode stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radomir Gorzkiewicz came out of the goal and Zdzislaw Rode tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juliusz Seliga made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Jerzy Merski sent off a good shot on target. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zdzislaw Rode made a kick off. When Marian Dobrzechowski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. After 77 played minutes Nawsie got a freekick which was hit by Marian Dobrzechowski. Jerzy Merski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliusz Seliga having to interfere. Hieronim Zdrojowy hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Nawsie's Radomir Gorzkiewicz got control of the ball when Damian Gdowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Nawsie's goal looked a bit too open when Hieronim Zdrojowy came free, but Radomir Gorzkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damian Gdowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Gorzkiewicz having to interfere. In the 94th minute Zdzislaw Rode shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Gorzkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zdzislaw Rode had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
