Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Heieren IF's Emílio Carreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Heieren IF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Linus Bjørgo in the 13th minute of play forced Øyjordi's goalkeeper Dennis Nordal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raymond Løvold could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Emílio Carreira made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Øyjordi's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Bjørgo came free, but Dennis Nordal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Linus Bjørgo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Nordal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Øyjordi's goal looked a bit too open when Torstein Hellerud came free, but Dennis Nordal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Øyjordi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noah Karlsen to maneuver through the defense. Bård Kvande took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Nordal. Dennis Nordal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torstein Hellerud made a kick off. Kjetil Østby took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Nordal. Dennis Nordal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Tveitan in the 62nd minute of play forced Øyjordi's goalkeeper Dennis Nordal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emílio Carreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tor-Arne Taule, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torstein Hellerud charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torstein Hellerud the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tor-Arne Taule struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Emílio Carreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Øyjordi. In the 70th match minute, Heieren IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torstein Hellerud to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Heieren IF's Bård Kvande slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dennis Nordal. That made the score 0-5 after 72 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bård Kvande in the 77th minute of play forced Øyjordi's goalkeeper Dennis Nordal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes, Linus Bjørgo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heieren IF and the Øyjordi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emílio Carreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymond Løvold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Heieren IF's Torstein Hellerud in the 87th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Dennis Nordal was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Øyjordi through an amazing save. The supporters of Heieren IF booed when Øyjordi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Smistad didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Heieren IF's Bård Kvande broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 91st minute, Markus Eide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 played minutes, Øyjordi's Christian Fjellvang shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emílio Carreira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Øyjordi reached it.
