Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jan-Willem van Dalfsen kicked off to start the match. Vincent Huizen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnold Bosschaart in the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 minutes, Evert Moek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Bloed Aan De Paal and the Molenvliet VV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Evert Moek kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. FC Bloed Aan De Paal's Vincent Huizen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonnie Rodenberg in the 12th minute of play. When Molenvliet VV's Arnold Bosschaart in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bloed Aan De Paal's goalie prevented a goal. Evert Moek hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 1-0 became the score in the 19th minute when Jan-Willem van Dalfsen elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Daniel Dorenbosch charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Dorenbosch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Harm Wagenaar fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 24th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. Arnold Bosschaart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes FC Bloed Aan De Paal got a freekick which was hit by Sjef Veldhuis. 39 minutes into the match, Gert Jan Pool notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Bloed Aan De Paal's Vincent Huizen. Vincent Huizen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Arnold Bosschaart made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnold Bosschaart in the 52nd minute of play forced FC Bloed Aan De Paal's goalkeeper Vincent Huizen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Bloed Aan De Paal's Jan-Willem van Dalfsen got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donny Reintjes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Falco Lange having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Molenvliet VV's Ramon Spijker got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ferdi Kremer hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 61 minutes, Donny Reintjes made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Molenvliet VV's Falco Lange tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Arnold Bosschaart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Huizen having to interfere. Vincent Huizen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Spijker in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bloed Aan De Paal's zone, Arnold Bosschaart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vincent Huizen came out of the goal and Arnold Bosschaart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rein Bosma kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Willem van Dalfsen in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Falco Lange prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Bloed Aan De Paal's Vincent Huizen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnold Bosschaart in the 90th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Bloed Aan De Paal fans cheered their team off the field, for while Molenvliet VV had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
