The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Adriano Chiavetta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 4 played minutes Zurlo Team got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Chiavetta. With a little luck, Salk fc's Alberigo Nazzari got control of the ball when Alberigo Panino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sam Lammers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciccio Liberti charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciccio Liberti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zurlo Team booed when Salk fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciccio Liberti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberigo Nazzari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberigo Panino in the 13th minute. Alberigo Nazzari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Lammers in the 23rd minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Alberigo Panino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When Filomeno Hustaz came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Zurlo Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Hustaz couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Di Fabio hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Sam Lammers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Alberigo Nazzari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberigo Nazzari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberigo Panino in the 43rd minute of the match. Alberigo Nazzari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberigo Panino's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberigo Panino to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Alberigo Panino made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Salk fc's Alberigo Nazzari tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alberigo Nazzari came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Zurlo Team's Alberigo Panino. But to his dismay, Alberigo Panino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 60th minute, Alfredo Di Fabio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Salk fc's Alessandro Panino got a free kick in the 61st minute. Alberigo Nazzari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Hustaz in the 65th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Sam Lammers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zurlo Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 80 minutes, Alberigo Panino made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Salk fc's Alberigo Nazzari tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Alberigo Panino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberigo Nazzari was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Christian Felice showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Panino in the 85th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Alberigo Panino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zurlo Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberigo Panino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberigo Nazzari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alberigo Nazzari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberigo Panino's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. If Aurelio De Lorenzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
