Spectators: 8002 (Terracing: 6003, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) Roland Hidegkúti charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roland Hidegkúti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 1-0 became the score in the 6th minute when Valentin Újfalussy elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Valentin Újfalussy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of László Barta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Karancskeszi EAC's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Hidegkúti came free, but Máté Kozák reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute István Virág shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but László Barta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Valentin Újfalussy made a precise shot to the right of László Barta. Gyulafirátót SE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 32 minutes into the game, Valentin Újfalussy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. László Barta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Valentin Újfalussy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Hidegkúti in the 37th minute of play forced Karancskeszi EAC's goalkeeper Máté Kozák to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Tibor Márkus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roland Hidegkúti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Máté Kozák tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg László Barta managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Karancskeszi EAC's Valentin Újfalussy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valentin Újfalussy made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 44thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but László Barta would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 45th minute, István Virág fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of László Barta, passed just outside the right post. If István Virág had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Újfalussy was the one to do the kick off. László Barta came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Karancskeszi EAC's Valentin Újfalussy. But to his dismay, Valentin Újfalussy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. László Barta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Újfalussy, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Roland Hidegkúti struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Máté Kozák didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gyulafirátót SE. István Virág received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. László Barta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Gyulafirátót SE's zone, Valentin Újfalussy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. László Barta came out of the goal and Valentin Újfalussy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. István Virág struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. László Barta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karancskeszi EAC. After some careless play in the Gyulafirátót SE defense, Valentin Újfalussy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of László Barta. The Gyulafirátót SE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that László Barta should have stopped the shot. László Barta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Újfalussy in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute Valentin Újfalussy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but László Barta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
