In the 4th minute, Iratxo Bermudez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The P.D. Rayo Duero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 7th minute, P.D. Rayo Duero's Mancio Herrera dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 15th minute, Pacho Valverde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, P.D. Rayo Duero's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Silvestre came free, but Eriberto Griful reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mancio Herrera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Fortunato Bermejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fortunato Bermejo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akagi Akachi, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Iratxo Bermudez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fortunato Bermejo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akagi Akachi in the 28th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Mancio Herrera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. P.D. Rayo Duero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mancio Herrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fortunato Bermejo was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Iratxo Bermudez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Iratxo Bermudez really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mancio Herrera in the 39th minute of play forced antimadridista FC's goalkeeper Fortunato Bermejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Mera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iratxo Bermudez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iratxo Bermudez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emiliano Silvestre to make the kick off. The supporters of P.D. Rayo Duero booed when antimadridista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pacho Valverde didn't get a good kick on the ball. P.D. Rayo Duero's Isidoro Japón got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mancio Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. P.D. Rayo Duero's Eriberto Griful proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save P.D. Rayo Duero from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute Emiliano Silvestre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Griful saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mancio Herrera might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fortunato Bermejo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mancio Herrera ran back to his position shaking his head. Gabriel Ruiz charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Ruiz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to antimadridista FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Gabriel Ruiz hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Isidoro Japón had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fortunato Bermejo. antimadridista FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Japón was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. If Mancio Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79thth minute of the game Mancio Herrera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but antimadridista FC's Fortunato Bermejo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mancio Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Bermejo having to interfere. If Iratxo Bermudez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, P.D. Rayo Duero's Mancio Herrera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fortunato Bermejo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Iratxo Bermudez notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of antimadridista FC's Fortunato Bermejo. Fortunato Bermejo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Akagi Akachi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Fortunato Bermejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Isidoro Japón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the P.D. Rayo Duero players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
