The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Cantera O Más F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tirso Ucero came free, but Xanti Riba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xanti Riba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bortzaioriz Sancha in the 3rd minute of the match. Xanti Riba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Ercoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Sabucedo AD booed when Cantera O Más F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lordi Hernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Cantera O Más F.C. defense, Bortzaioriz Sancha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xanti Riba. The Cantera O Más F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xanti Riba should have stopped the shot. Atilio Folch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes into the game, Atilio Folch cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Xanti Riba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Atilio Folch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Tirso Ucero notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Cantera O Más F.C.'s Xanti Riba. Xanti Riba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd minute, Tirso Ucero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xanti Riba was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 27th match minute, Sabucedo AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Ercoli to maneuver through the defense. Xanti Riba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tirso Ucero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xanti Riba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bortzaioriz Sancha went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Xanti Riba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bortzaioriz Sancha, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Sabucedo AD's Valentin Ercoli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xanti Riba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After the first half Sabucedo AD were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Erosa was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Sabucedo AD's Atilio Folch slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xanti Riba. That made the score 0-7 after 54 minutes of play. Xanti Riba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tirso Ucero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cantera O Más F.C.'s Xanti Riba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Cantera O Más F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute, Bortzaioriz Sancha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sabucedo AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Sabucedo AD made a substitution. Lluc Solano replaced Atilio Folch. Sabucedo AD's Rutenio Leon was substituted for Ovidio Alonso. Tirso Cañadas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Flores having to interfere. After having played for 82 minutes, Valentin Ercoli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sabucedo AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Ercoli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Lluc Solano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Xanti Riba, 0-9. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cantera O Más F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Xanti Riba, was totally fooled by Sabucedo AD's Jonathan Calleri, who 88 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Lluc Solano took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xanti Riba. Xanti Riba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. Xanti Riba stood somewhat misplaced when Lluc Solano came free in front of goal and shot 0-12 to the left of him in the 93 minute. When the final whistle sounded Sabucedo AD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cantera O Más F.C..
