Alexander Passov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niklas Rølmer having to make a save. Jannik Mormann hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Ronny Svaneholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heine Fredegård, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronny Svaneholm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kenn Bartling in the 39th minute. Niklas Rølmer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Villiam Bjerrehave's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Wiktor Togart hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mik Dochedahl was the one to do the kick off.
