Ronni Isalin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roar Nørmølle in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Nicko Steener left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Snesere SIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Thorleif Bøgegren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ib Månsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Runners Mafia booed when Snesere SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Rimbæklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marcos Kiby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronni Isalin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roar Nørmølle in the 35th minute. Ib Månsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svenne Gangelhof, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ib Månsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicko Steener in the 42nd minute of play. Svenne Gangelhof hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute of the match Mikki Brolander sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronni Isalin skillfully saved the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcos Kiby was the one to do the kick off. Marcos Kiby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ib Månsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicko Steener went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Snesere SIK fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Snesere SIK's Nicko Steener looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcos Kiby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronni Isalin having to interfere. Snesere SIK's Ronni Isalin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenn Høyberg in the 72nd minute of play. After 75 played minutes Snesere SIK got a freekick which was hit by Peder Gerdalid. Runners Mafia's Mikki Brolander got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Kiby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronni Isalin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorleif Bøgegren in the 83rd minute of play forced Runners Mafia's goalkeeper Ib Månsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenn Høyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronni Isalin having to interfere. Marcos Kiby might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronni Isalin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Kiby ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roar Nørmølle in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronni Isalin saved Snesere SIK from getting behind. Although Runners Mafia had been in control for most of the match, Snesere SIK still came away with the win.
