The audience thought a goal was coming when Hauge Braasch got free with Edward Nymand in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lennart Truesen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8thth minute of the game Linus Resentvig who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Høng United's Einar Sikjær was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Linus Resentvig's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Einar Sikjær was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. When Linus Resentvig, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 13 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Einar Sikjær was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Edward Nymand came out of the goal and Hauge Braasch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Linus Resentvig made the kick off in the second half. FC Høng United's Einar Sikjær played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomil Smolarek in the 52nd minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lavindsgaarde FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! The crowd rose to their feet as Ludomil Smolarek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Einar Sikjær. That made the score 0-2 in the 87 minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Lavindsgaarde FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lennart Truesen came free, but Edward Nymand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 97 minutes, Andy Klaastad made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. FC Høng United's Einar Sikjær tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
