Spectators: 7538 (Terracing: 5655, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Viorel Stroie kicked off to start the match. FC KIcKeR's Cosmin Onuț got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stiinta Barlad's Marin Blaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Stroie in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute Cosmin Onuț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marin Blaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosmin Onuț in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marin Blaj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Viorel Stroie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marin Blaj read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Anisie during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC KIcKeR booed when Stiinta Barlad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Anisie didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 19 minutes of play, FC KIcKeR's Viorel Stroie made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marin Blaj was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosmin Onuț in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marin Blaj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stiinta Barlad's goalkeeper Marin Blaj, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cosmin Onuț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Blaj having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Octav Câmpeanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Viorel Stroie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC KIcKeR's Silviu Arvinte got a free kick in the 57th minute. A collision led to FC KIcKeR getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Silviu Arvinte hit a great ball. Viorel Stroie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Blaj having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viorel Stroie in the 70th minute of play forced Stiinta Barlad's goalkeeper Marin Blaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stiinta Barlad's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Viorel Stroie scored to the left of an out of position Marin Blaj, making the score, 1-3. Stiinta Barlad's Marin Blaj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Stiinta Barlad from getting a goal against them. Cosmin Onuț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Blaj having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Viorel Stroie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marin Blaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute there was a penalty for FC KIcKeR. Iulian Racoviță stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marin Blaj. 1-4. Stiinta Barlad's Marin Blaj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Stiinta Barlad from getting a goal against them. Vlad Ţiţeica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Codrin Dobrica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC KIcKeR's Codrin Dobrica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octav Câmpeanu in the 97th minute of play. Octav Câmpeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC KIcKeR's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
