When Jokūbas Griškevičius fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chaosas's protests and gave Jokūbas Griškevičius a yellow card for diving instead. Stanislovas Kaziliūnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algirdas Ratkus in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute Aistis Grunskis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislovas Kaziliūnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chaosas's Deimantas Fomenka got a free kick in the 26th minute. Benas Jakaitis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 33rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Chaosas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gediminas Ždanys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 55 minutes into the game, Jacek Zielinski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Benas Jakaitis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Chaosas getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jacek Zielinski hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the game, Vytenis Klimaitis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Stanislovas Kaziliūnas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Chaosas's Stanislovas Kaziliūnas got control of the ball when Vilius Kuprevičius tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aistis Grunskis in the 73rd minute of play forced Chaosas's goalkeeper Stanislovas Kaziliūnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Mantvydas Mickeliūnas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FK VIDINIS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chaosas the free kick. Stanislovas Kaziliūnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vytenis Klimaitis in the 83rd minute of the match. When Mantvydas Mickeliūnas was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. Mantvydas Mickeliūnas hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Gediminas Ždanys blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benas Jakaitis having to make a save. Benas Jakaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gediminas Ždanys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
